Terms and conditions of ONS Trips
- Booking with us:
- For booking a holiday with ONS Trips fill in the all required details asked on the website or the app.
- The form provided to you should be filled and it should be correct like the email or phone number, as further details regarding your trip would be provided to you directly.
- Our customers below the age of 18 are required to make their parents sign the form as well.
- You need to deposit 25 % of the total cost of the booking once a service is selected, also this deposit does not assure your booking. Your booking is assured once you get an official message or email from us confirming your booking.
- The complete payment has to be made at least 30 days before your international bookings or 15 days before your domestic bookings.
- All your special requests and needs should be mentioned in the form itself.
- All your submitted documents to us should be legal and working. No expired or forged documents would be accepted.
- The company starts to provide all the services once the booking is confirmed through an official call or email after the payment.
- Price in advance or minimum deposit
- 25% of the package selected by you should be paid at the moment when you select your package, the rest has to be paid once your booking has been confirmed from our side.
- Price policy
- You do have the option of complete payment at the time of selecting the holiday package, in such a case the price stated at that time for the package remains fixed.
- Increase or decrease in all the price rates will be informed to you before the booking.
- In no condition do we accept payments in installments after the booking is confirmed.
- If any surcharges take place like an increase in tax, extra fee, etc. are more than 10% on your confirmed booking no cancelation fee will be charged, or else once the bookings are confirmed cancelation fees will be charged accordingly.
- The itinerary:
- The itinerary that we prepare is a guide for your trip, we do alter it according to your wants.
- There are chances that at times things might not go according to the itinerary prepared due to some circumstances like natural calamities, road conditions, or conditions outside our control. We do not take accountability in case of any of these conditions.
- The itinerary remains the same in content until some circumstances occur which are not in our control.
- In case of other weather conditions there might be extra costs for things like transportation, meals, and accommodation, these extra costs will be borne by the customer in some cases might even be through a mutual agreement, depending on the condition.
- Cancelation, surcharges, and refunds:
- If the cancelation is from our side due to any circumstance, we try to inform you at least 28 days before the departure cancelation or as early as possible.
- No compensations will be provided for minor charges like changes in departure time of the flight and changes in the restaurant and hotel into the same or better-quality restaurant and hotel.
- Your booking will be considered canceled in case complete payment is not made till the given time.
- The company can cancel your trip any time before departure in such cases no compensation will be made only the money paid by you will be repaid.
- If you cancel the trip some amount will not be returned depending on the days before the trip and the bookings made.
- Changes by the company:
- As mentioned above we might make certain changes due to some circumstance to which we reserve every right.
- There won’t be any major changes right before the trip and if it happens, we will make sure to inform you as soon as possible and to it, you can either switch to any of our other programs, accept the changes made or cancel the trip.
- We won’t force you with any of the changes you can cancel the trip if you want but only with major changes and we can repay you your money deducting the amount based on the days and other facts if there. No compensation will be provided.
- Changes by you:
- Changes to your trip will be considered depending on how practical and available they are.
- Change in the dates of your holiday after the booking is confirmed will be considered as cancelation of the trip. You will have to rebook another trip and cancelation charges will be applied.
- Delay:
- We cannot assist you in case your flight is delayed, the airline might refund, make compensation or provide you accommodations. However, we are not in any liability to make any compensations or payments in such a case.
- Our responsibility is to ensure your arrival and departure to the chosen tour, after that it is your responsibility. We might help you with it but we do not take any responsibility.
- Decisions of fun and entertainment activities:
- We make the bookings for all the fun and entertainment activities according to your will and as per your choice, in the case at sight you don’t want to perform a certain activity or you miss out on any entertainment activity we are not responsible for any of it no refunds will be made for the activities or compensations will be made.
- If due to any weather condition or any circumstance out of our control the activity gets canceled, we are not responsible for any of it no refunds will be made for the activities or compensations will be made.
- Our duty and responsibilities:
- ONS Trips does not own any airplane company, hotels, restaurants, or other facilities we just book these things for you, we have selected all these things with extreme care and responsibility but we do not take responsibility for any of their performance and your liking.
- ONS Trips is not responsible for any death, injury, or illness of any of the customers.
- We will not refund any money for unused tickets of any sort.
- Your duty and responsibilities:
- Customers should have valid passports, visas, and every other basic document required. We do not take responsibility for any valid document of the customer.
- We do not provide any traveling insurance hence if the customer needs any insurance of any sort before the trip, they should get it on their own.
- Checking in to flights and hotels on time is your responsibility. We do not take responsibility for your missed flights or late check-ins. No refunds will be made from our side.
- All your luggage and equipment are solely your responsibility the company is not responsible in case of anything happening to your stuff.
- Our liability to you:
- ONS Trips will assure we make all the arrangements for you to which we have agreed to on time.
- We are not responsible for any ailment or injury.
- We assure to show you full support and provide you with all the facilities from our end, we are not responsible for the service of the airplane company, hotel, or any other external services.
- Complaints:
- All your complaints and feedback regarding our team will be brought to special notice by us, you have to inform us either in verbal form or written and action will be taken upon it.
- We will not act upon the services provided externally like a hotel an airplane. You can report these complaints to the person in charge there then.
- Waiver:
- ONS Trips does not take responsibility for the customer throughout the trip, we are not accountable for any injury or harm caused to the person during the trip. We will make all our customers sign a WAIVER RESPONSIBILITY form before they begin the tour with us, it will ensure that they are responsible for their safety.
